What a busy day! Work was a little insane, and probably will be for the rest of the week. By day, I’m a public school library media specialist and this week is Book Fair. Do you guys remember book fairs from elementary schools? Well, they haven’t changed much and the kids go nuts when it comes to town. It’s a great opportunity for our school, but, wow, does it wear me out!
It’s going to take me awhile to get used to photographing my food, but I did manage to snap a picture of dinner before it was gone.
Breakfast night happens in our house about once a week, and, more often than not, that means omelettes! This one is stuff with spinach, bell pepper, and onions and it was super yummy. However, the real star of this show was that pumpkin butter! Oh my gosh, guys, this stuff was insanely good. Just chock it up to reason number 532 why I’m glad it’s fall (or almost).
After dinner this guy needed some attention.
I may be biased, but I think he may be the cutest dog ever. Max has an excessively high energy level so John and I leashed him up for a walk around the neighborhood this evening. Fall is just about here in Oklahoma (at least I’m refusing to believe otherwise), and it was a great night to be out.
He loves me, but John is his best friend in the world. All in all, it was a wonderfully, typical Wednesday night.
That’s it for me this evening. It’s 8 o’clock which means it’s time for PJs and a rerun of The Big Bang Theory! Good night!
